When we started looking to purchase a property in HHI, we initially worked with a few realtors and quickly realized that Julie was the best. She very quickly understood what we were looking for in a vacation home and leveraged her extensive knowledge of the island to help both narrow the location and the type of property we wanted. She respected our budget range and worked hard to find the best property for us. When we did finally pick a property, She helped move along the negotiations in a smooth efficient manner and even helped with all the prep work for the closing. Overall we really appreciate that she was patient with us and never pressured us into a decision and it has been the best as we love our condo.
