Westbury Park residents have full access to all amenities, including a playground, community pavilion with kitchen facilities, fitness center, landscaped parks, and swimming pools. POA dues include front yard lawn maintenance and overnight security patrol. A commercial center with banks, shops, and medical offices is located just outside the front gate. Westbury Park is also close to several retail stores, including the Tanger Outlets.
