Patty was a joy to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, and had infinite patience as we worked together to find our perfect second home at the beach. We had tried another agent but he seemed rushed, not very interested in us and our expectations, and because we didn’t buy any of the first homes he showed us, we got the impression he really didn’t want to expend any more time assisting us. Patty stayed with us and kept feeding us information. She was never too busy to answer our questions or assist in any way she could. She found our perfect place but was never pushy or aggressive. The entire process was gratifying for us. We will definitely use Patty again in the future and would not hesitate at all to recommend her. She was exemplary in all her interactions with us.
